THE INTERCULTURAL DEVELOPMENT INVENTORY™ at COMMON TALKS
The IDI™ is a valid and reliable assessment of an individual’s or organization’s ability to effectively and respectfully engage cross-culturally. It has been used successfully in corporate, academic, and other settings to focus individual coaching and action-planning, to guide multicultural team development, to perform a needs analysis for targeted training, and to conduct program evaluation in order to support durable systems change.
